Whether you need a quick polish or a full repair, our elves guarantee smooth glides and happy rides! DELIVERY INFORMATION
LOCAL DELIVERY
The majority of our furniture is available to purchase online for local delivery only. Items marked ‘Add to Basket’ can be ordered directly from our website, while those labelled ‘Ask a Question’ are available for purchase in-store only (subject to stock availability).
Simply enter your postcode at checkout to view availability and delivery costs. If your address falls outside our delivery area, online purchase will not be available.
Once your purchase is complete, a member of the team will be in touch to organise delivery. Please check you have provided the correct telephone number.
Please note that our delivery service is kerbside; however, our drivers will endeavour to place items in your garden, provided access is wide enough and safe. It is the driver's discretion whether this is feasible. We are unable to install items or remove packaging.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Physical gift cards will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post within 24 hours of the order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Postage cost is £2.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We cannot refund or exchange gift cards.
