We currently grow on all three Perrywood sites, producing a range of bedding, edibles and perennials for sale exclusively at Perrywood Garden Centres.

Overseeing the horticultural production and IPM function for all areas of the Perrywood business. You will define the strategy, creating a 3-5 year plan, and work alongside your team to deliver the required output.

This is an exciting time and a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic individual to join our team in our plant nursery, working across all three centres: Perrywood Tiptree, Sudbury, and Buckhatch. We would prefer to find someone with horticultural experience, but it could also suit someone with a process or team management background.

Your responsibilities will include managing a small team and overseeing the smooth running of partly mechanised production lines, helping to run and develop the plant production department, and driving one of our values: getting plants into people’s lives.
