Perrywood Tiptree and Sudbury Christmas Shops are now open. Buckhatch will be opening on Friday 2nd October.
This Christmas, we have brought books, stories and characters to life, creating magical worlds to wow and delight.
From classics and children’s books through to romance, fantasy or murder mystery – there are genres for everyone.

And that’s not all… this year we will be launching a new themed dining experience in our Tiptree Coffee Shop & Restaurant.
Join us from 20th November to 24th December at Perrywood Tiptree for a truly immersive festive dining experience, where delicious food meets a 1930s festive mystery!
You'll go back in time and dine in 'Perrywood Manor', complete with sparkling trees, twinkling chandeliers and a sprinkling of Christmas magic.
Enjoy a wonderful breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea, before putting your detective skills to the test with the Perrywood Manor Mystery*.
